Downtime

I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I’m receiving from Surf4life, there’s always an outage and the downtime can be as long as the whole day, At this rate I might as just go back to LTE, atleast LTE worked 99% of the time, I have never had to find myself calling CellC for speed issues, Surf4life service is horrible. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I am also tired of the generic responses, it's so pathetic and it is now annoying.
