Don't bother unless you want to donate your money

I paid for the new "upgraded" wifi on 24/06/2023. It stopped working 25/06/2023, technician only came to fix it 28/07/2023 (OVER 1 MONTH LATER). This means I had a whole month of no wifi. I logged multiple tickets, called almost everyday and no one answered. Not only did I waste R600 on wifi, I also had to buy additional data for the whole month.

I think the whole company must just shut down once.
