Do not move to Lionspride if you are working from Home.

I want to write my dissapointment for the treatment I have been getting recently at Okavango Place, situated in Lionspride. I have been struggling with WIFI connection since Sunday, 2nd of November 2025 and no ONE seem to be able to assist or at least care about my situation. I work from home and I am expected to be online during the working hours. But I have not been able to work since Sunday and as a results my job is on the line. I have made a plan to stay connected but it costs over R 150 a day to stay online This is unfair to me because I have been promised that the issue will get sorted since Monday. Today is Thursday and I am suffering the same issue. I cant be paying so much money to stay at Okavango and struggle with wifi connection for more than four days and nobody cares. I am very dissapointed. to say the least.

I also want to WARN the general public about mooving to Lionspride. There is always network connection here. Do not move here if you are working from and their network provider S4life is very useless.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with the arrogance and poor service I’ve received from this company. They sent a so-called technician by the name of Jason, who came here, did absolutely nothing, and promised to return the next day — but never bothered to show up. Instead, he gave me a whole lot of excuses.

Today marks six days since I last had a Wi-Fi connection, and they still don’t seem to care. I’ve tried to be patient, but it feels like my issue means nothing to them. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unbelievable.

I just want to warn anyone who’s thinking about moving into a property owned by Central Developments — if Surf4Life is the internet provider, please think twice. You’ll only end up frustrated like I am right now. They honestly don’t care about their clients or the inconvenience they cause
