Disgusting service
Has to be the worst service. I've been with them for a few months now because they are the only fiber choice I have in the complex. Internet is always down, there is never feedback from the helpdesk. Tickets are always just closed. Managers don't help either. Disgraceful and should be shut down

23 Jun 2023, 15:07Good afternoon Dean
Thank you for reaching out to us
As previously explained, Woodlands currently does not have fibre infrastructure available. The site is up via radio link. We are working with upstream providers to build the area to make fibre available for your estate, but as for now this is still a pending outcome.
The disadvantages of a radio link is that there are numerous things that can affect the signal, such as the line not being uncapped, and changes in weather conditions.
We do understand the frustration felt, and we do appreciate your patience and understanding in the matter. We are pressing all possible upstream providers very hard until a provider will be willing to build the area. Once we have reached that point, we will notify all residents of the progress.
Please keep in mind that there is no fibre at your extension, no other provider can offer more than a radio link (Which we do already have in)
Unfortunately, there is not much managerial staff can do to change this situation as of now.
Should you need further clarity on the matter, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us again at ***
Kind regards
S4L Customer care

25 Jun 2023, 16:53Its not just about the internet speeds or the if the line is down or not. Its the entire company as a whole. I have spoken to 1 person in that company that was able to assist me and it wasnt even his department to help me. I am tired of hearing the same damn excuses from you. Ive had issues with payment department, managers canceling my debit order or telling me to just down grade. Ive been told a technician would come and they never do. There is no part of your company that I have had pleasure in dealing with. You have a ton of people dissatisfied with your service that people are moving to rain. The bottom half of the complex that is with Vodacom do not have complaints AT ALL. Helpdesk agents say they will call me back and i wait and wait with nothing. Tickets are closed and not kept. I had to wait days to speak to a manager and that didnt even help. Just some generic excuse. If you are lacking in one area that is out of your control(eg the radio connections, then pick up in the others.
