Disappointing Internet Service Provider
Only sign up with Surf4Life if you are prepared to wait more than 7 days for any fibre-related issue to be resolved. Their response times are extremely slow, follow-ups are inconsistent, and service disruptions take far too long to fix. Very disappointing experience overall. Please process my refund bye.
