Customer service does not exist, as the consumer/customer if I Don't follow up with Surf4life, nothing happens, nothing gets fixed, they do not contact you - it's more of an inconvenience having them as the service provider - and one cannot choose anybody

Customer service does not exist, as the consumer/customer if I Don't follow up with Surf4life, nothing happens, nothing gets fixed, they do not contact you - it's more of an inconvenience having them as the service provider - and one cannot choose anybody else as they provide said service for estates/complexes, And they are never on time. Arrival time meant to be at 8am, 11am comes and no one is here, the technician doesn't answer his phone and calling the landline, I've held 15 minutes to speak to someone.
