Constant Coverage Outage

This service provider is useless, they promise good and uncapped fibre coverage, but they are always offline, every day it loses network and they bombard us with apology emails saying their technicians are working on it. On a 28 days cycle we lose out on an average of 5 days of coverage which never gets refunded. They need to get their house in order because there are tons of complaints from the subscribers in the community groups who do their monthly payments for the expected and promised service, we have seen the OpenServe technicians frequenting our neighbourhood, they will take away your business (if they are not working with you already) . A big portion of people work from home and this is a threat to their jobs while they get to collect full fees.
