********* business practices and a clear “don’t care” attitude

Based on how Surf for Life has repeatedly handled my case, I believe this company is ********* and operates with a clear “don’t care” attitude toward customers. Evidently, this is part of their corporate culture!

Surf for Life continues to debit my account, yet I have had no internet connection for more than three weeks and counting (approaching a month). I escalated the matter to their manager, Bongani Tabu and despite repeated engagements, I received endless promises of restoration with no actual resolution. I was also told that the issue was not unique to my account and that other people were experiencing the same problem. I later found out this was not true, which raises serious concerns about honesty and accountability.

It is unacceptable to take customers’ money while failing to provide the service for weeks, then respond with delays, empty commitments and indifference.

I would not recommend Surf for Life to anyone.
