Beyond disappointing. Saddest ISP
Most disappointing ISP I’ve ever opted for. Save yourself from a provider that does not even honour their own SLAs. After waiting for 4 days, I left work early to wait for a technician. 4 hours later, I get a message that they cannot come on the day. No communication during the time, issue still unresolved. I’ve filled a complaint but seems pointless too. Ohh, hear me when I say.. save yourself the stress.
