Hello,i recently signed up for reconnection with Surf4 life Fibre,and i was speaking to Carlo he was very helpful and friendly,i was struggling to connect,he sent a technician to my house to come and assist me and i must say the technician got here who Goes by the name of William he was also friendly and he was assisting me wholeheartedly.

When he left the connection had a problem again i Called willam again he did not give me any problem or any sign of being annoyed he responded and said he will come and check where the problem may be which he did. And now am surfing the internet perfectly fine all thanks to both of them for their excellent service.
