Bad service
Horrible Customer service, untrained and unprofessional Consultants. Been waiting for my router to be fixed for 4 days now in a matter of 2 weeks. Cannot even get through to the number they provided. Phone rings and then gets cut off.

17 Jul 2023, 14:46After a whole morning and part afternoon of trying to get through to Surf4life when I eventually did I spoke to their so called service manager who was telling me about their procedures that was not helping me at all. Like I said a call was logged last week and just because I didn't have a ticket number they told me I only logged the call today, now I got my daughter to send me their response from last week which I forwarded to them with a ticket number. Oh their service manager was very unhelpful despite me telling her I spoke to their service consultant she didn't even want to know or investigate that, she is set on their rules that they don't even follow. Oh and she also dropped the phone down on me this Shireez person. Told me to go back to the village,take a pic of the faulty router and send to them and that's the only way they will assist me!!! I now have to drive back take pictures and drive out again so I can send to them before they can even look at my query. What a ********** service they provide to us!!!!
