Bad service delivery

How can we not have fibre for more than 2 weeks n when we call u, you tell us u r working on it... U deducted funds knowing very well u can't deliver. This is just poor service.. I'm really frustrating how u r taking this lightly it's our money n we expect service delivery... I will despute the funds n pay rain if this is not fixed by the end of today... U must get your priorities right
