Bad service
This Surf4life is the biggest ****mer of all times, a week doesn't go by without an outrage. I work from home and this is really inconvenience for me at times, I pay on time and full amount but I am hardly connected for the whole full month without the outrage. When ever you call their call center they forever don't have answers I am really sick of this service provider they treating us like we are not paying

Thank you for your feedback, . We want to clarify that the recent outage was due to an issue outside of Sky City and Surf4Life's infrastructure. It was related to a vandalized/damaged cable on the greater area's physical lines, which our upstream provider worked to restore service in an effort to minimize duration of disconnection.While we strive to provide reliable internet service, certain circumstances beyond our control have unfortunately impacted connectivity
