Bad service

I will not recommend surf4life to anyone!! their service is very bad. My wi-fi has been off since last week. Im calling, sending emails and whatsapp messages. No one is actually assisting me. They keep telling me the same thing repeatedly that I need to wait for a call from a technician. At this point, I’m not even sure if their technician exists, because no one has contacted me. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Consultants have not been helpful at all, and neither have their technicians. The managers are too busy to speak to the clients.
