Bad service
If there was a - 100 star I would really give it because the way things are going is not on, I don't have access to internet since they sent an email in the morning asking me if someone was home, even now we are still waiting for the technician to come fix our wifi, so useless and when you call you waste air time while waiting for them to answer surf4life what you are doing is not fair at all I mean pay for the whole month but we only get half a month of service what is that

03 Aug 2023, 14:37Surf4life ne, is this how you treat your customers, no communication what so ever, today is day No 3 without internet access and you do not even care, you are not even replying to my emails, I spent almost R200 calling you guys and now you are coming up with endless stories.
I have paid for the service but I am not getting the service, when the 15th come you will cut off the internet forgetting there were days that I didn't have access to internet and you do not even care
Every time I need to spend my money to know what is going on, what is the progress
What happened to sending emails to inform me what is the progress of my ticket
