Bad internet during peek times and storm, ignored by ISP
Customers and technicians are nice. But it's useless to pay for R1000 100 Mbps fibre if it slows down to 10-20 Mbps every day between 7-9 and completely shuts down when there's any form of rain or storms. I've experienced frequent device shut downs and they advice me to call them every time my router isn't connected to the internet.
Summary: Internet is unreliable when you want to relax between 7-9 and during rain. They won't do anything about it because it's to be "expected."
Advice: There are many other ISPs that does not cut your speed based on the area's internet traffic.
