Bad customer service/bad connection .

This is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with . I work from home and it's been a nightmare having to deal with Surf4life and their connection issues. I called them today and spoke to a lady that told me she will call me back because she wants to find out from her boss why my internet is not working. Every 5 seconds I kept getting disconnected. An hour later she still has not called me back . I specifically told her that I'm currently busy with work and need her to call me back . I still don't have connections. Because of them I have to move out of the complex
