Bad Customer Service With Internet Problems

Poor service, I've been out of internet since yesterday when sending email they don't respond. When calling I waited for 30 min as told I'm no 5 on the line it then rerouted my call to 11 in line..Now I'm stranded with no internet don't know what to do.
