Ayanda intervened to have my router replaced

Even though I'm still unhappy about the the customer care service they have. One person who went an extra mile for me was Ayanda Mahlangu. Not only she went beyond her call of duty. But she actually worked over the weekend! I had a router malfunction and needed replacement. It took Ayanda's intervention to sort me out. Thank you.
