******* at its best
If I could I would give them a -5. I haven’t had internet for 3 says and counting. They keep telling me that they will escalate it. However no technician has come to solve my issue. They consultant Khaya was absolutely not helpful. I highly don’t recommend this company. It’s ******* at its best

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding the service disruption. As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), we understand the frustration caused by service interruptions you may have experienced. We would like to shed light on a few aspects of our service and policies:
Please note our Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the following timelines:
Technical Tickets: Resolution within 2 business days.
Fibre-related Tickets: Resolution within 3 business days.
Upon reviewing your ticket, your ticket was attended to within the estimated SLA outlined, please note we do not know when service is down at a unit and is the sole responsibility of the user to let us know as soon as they experience a service issue, only then does our SLA count prior to that onus is on the user.
If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
