Appalling Service and Treatment

I have had issues with connectivity till today when i report them by phone call or email there is no solution but a back and forth everytime. They didn't even try to send a technician to come check what's wrong. Clearly they dont care about their customers its all good when your paying. I work from home and need fibre to be working all the time and now I've lost a lot of my salary due to this connectivity. I would never recommend them to anyone
