Amazing customer service

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Surf4Life, more specifically with the agents Ntombi Makubu as well as Rosalia Bambo’s help with me during my process of setting up my fibre and my technician Jason Wellen.

This company is quick to assist and communicate with me , which is something we do not get on a normal basis nowadays especially from an internet provider.

This is my first time using Surf4Life as I’ve just moved here, and I already have so much faith in my network provider just based on the initial start up phase of my service with them. I can say with full confidence that I know I will be looked after as a customer based on the service I’ve received so far and trust Surf4Life enough to be putting out this review for others to see too.

I was constantly reassured and helped with any concerns or questions I had and communicated to effectively throughout the whole process, as my router was faulty and they had to send the technicians 2x to my house to help me set up my fibre.

As someone who works in the service industry and knows the importance of customer satisfaction and reliability, I am impressed and will always recommend Surf4Life going forward.
