ALWAYS HAS ISSUES
If I could give a zero star rating I would. This is by FAR THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!! They have wifi outages on a MONTHLY basis (1 to 2 time a month)
When you have network issues and send an email to the support desk they take hours to respond and then respond with "did you unplug the power".... Seriously. You think that is not the 1st thing someone with network issues would do?
Even worse than that the developer of the estate (and all their other developments) have an exclusive mandate with this company so when you stay in one of their developments you cannot change service providers as this WiFi is pre-installed.
I honestly have never had so many issues with a SP. Why pay so much for a service on a monthly basis when they constantly have issues?
The developer seriously should re-think this deal because the is the ***est SP for WiFi ever!!!!!
