I had been calling S4L for two days trying to get assistance with my account, without any luck. I spent just under R200 on airtime. Finally, I got through to a lovely lady named Kamogelo, who completely turned my experience around. She was so helpful that I even forgot how frustrated I was. She went the extra mile by explaining the call centre operating hours and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I’m truly happy with the service she provided.
