A good run so far

I have been with Sur4life for over a year now at Sky city. The service is exceptionally brilliant, and I never experience alot of down time. When the down time does happen there is always clear notifications on the problem and updates that it is being worked on. Since I started there was no backup for the DC but because the listen to customers concerns that was attended to and now when there is loadshedding our internet stays running as I have back up power in the house. I must also add and commend an agent of their called Tshifhiwa Phalanndwa who is always available to assist. He explains and gives clear information. I am also in the telecoms industry so him dealing with an experienced person like me and still do it exceptionally well is rare so I am convinced he knows his stuff.
