Unhappy client

The company deducted money from my account On 2025-07-17 Without communication since 2024 December They have never deducted anything

I tried calling and I got to reception but my query was never taken serious I asked for a refund and cancellation asap

And no response from them was given

I’m really not happy with their service And need assistance , I only tried to help an agent with sales and they insured me it would never get to this point

I haven’t been with this company for anything and only yesterday they decided to deduct my money

I really need assistance and a way to find them
