I feel ****med
I have been paying a null in void policy for the past 8 months. These people have my ID number incorrectly put in their system and my policy. I have been requesting updated details for the past 8 months with no joy. I want all my money back that I have put into this policy as I have been paying someone else policy anyway. I left Old Mutual (a reliable, trustworthy company) to move to this fly by night, terrible service establishment where no one seems to know what they are doing. I've been paying towards a life policy and education policy for absolutely nothing at all. If something happens to me, my beneficiaries wont be able to claim because that is not their mother's ID number on the surex system, that is of course if this company is even real. I seriously have my doubts. I JUST WANT ALL MY INSTALLMMENTS BACK... I feel like i have been ****med.

I apparently found out that I have a policy with this company and upon trying to cancel I was told that it was cancelled early May but the weird part is that deductions have gone off my payslip and trying to get a refund is proving to be tideous. I want my money back ASAP. I'm not going to wait another month for your negligence
