Firstly I don't know anything about surex netcash, I have never signed up for it But since last year July they have been taking money from my account It's a car insurance apparently, and surprisingly I don't even have a car to have a car insurance I called them and told them to cancel this debit order because I have no idea about it and u have never signed up for it They said they'll do an investigation and call me back Till today they never called me ever again And now I can't get ahold of them, their number goes straight to voicemail The part that makes me really angry is that when I check my banking app, there's no debit order showing but come month end They'll take my money R288 every month Im tired!!
