Poor service lack of communication

I’m an disappointed with the service that seem great at first but unfortunately ended terribly at the end. I purchased a second hand car from Sure Drive at the beginning of May at the time of sale I was advised that the spare wheel was not available as it was ordered and should take 7days. It’s the 6th of June and I have been following every week and I am constantly advised that the spare wheel is on its way. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone absolutely poor service and no one cares to contact you.
