Sure Drive#1!
One word-Excellence!! We all know in this current economy and state with dealerships, it's very hard to find a trustworthy and reliable Dealership I was assisted by Siya from Sure Drive(mind you this is my first car purchase, i had bought a car cash before but this was different) From the moment i received a response when i had inquired, Siya has been fantastic šš thorough and very transparent, i was worried regarding my credit score but he assured me that most people in my credit score rating would be just fine, surely enough within that day i received good feedback and was told i was approved, fast forward Siya personally delivered the car for me all the way from Durban and made sure everything was ready on the car, new battery, new Tyres that's when it registered that i am in safe hands. And also received an early birthday gift so the experience and whole transaction was excellent nothing short of amazing!! I would recommended SURE DRIVE to anyone looking for a new or used car, you won't go wrong trust me! Forever grateful to Siya and Sure Drive you are living proof of "meeting the customers expectations at every interaction"

Excellent Service Received
I recently bought a secondhand vehicle from Sure Drive Pinetown. The salesman Sham Bhana went out of his way to assist me in every aspect of the purchase. Seeing that this was my first car that I bought, he was very helpful with all the details required to complete the sale, they organized finance for me at a good rate for a first time buyer. Thank you Seema Ramnath. My car had one small problem to resolve, which was taken care of within one day. I really need to thank Sure Drive Pinetown, Sham Bhana, for the excellent service given to me.
