Outstanding service

We are often swift to publish the shortcomings of a service provider when they fail us, yet silently enjoy the greatness of these service providers. I recently purchased a vehicle from Sure Drive of 781 Umgeni Road in Durban. My experience rapidly went from great to zero with them and I immediately went in to attack mode! I was ****ed off on every level! However, my actions did not deter the management of this establishment. A month later and I am once again a believer inthe good of people. The owner of Sure Drive, a very young Mr Ashraf Adam and his manger, Pravesh, went to extremes to make certain we were satisfied customers! Mr Ashraf Adam agreed to lose a great deal of money when he chose to replace the vehicle we had purchased with a newer more expensive model! I commend the team of Sure Drive and they can rest assured they have a new client for life and also can be certain that they will receive many referrals. I have bought many a vehicle from the manufacturer appointed dealears in the past, and I can tell you their problem solving has come nowhere near the service of Sure Drive, an independent one man owned business! God bless their business and may they continue to grow from strength to strength. People, give them a try!
