working with a bunch of " I also don't know Mem"

I am very disappointed because Im working with confused individuals. I had an account with Supreme Finance and just found out it was handed over to Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys after making numerous calls from the 10th of May . then I have been given an unexplained high amount of my arrears and no one can tell me why my arrears are so much. I have been taken from pillar to post as every time I'm asking, how come ?all the consultants confidently tell me "I also don't know" this is dragging my name down ,its either I work with people who know their job or I will not pay at all.
