I took a loan with Supreme in July, every month the double debut me, every time I habe to call them back to reverse my money back. I was contacted by their lawyers informing me that I am going them, i toldbthem that I don't owe them anything as they are debiting each month. Today I received a call from a rude consultant who was speakingbto her friend I quote" kunoba yenza ngama bomu lentombazane" they were referring to me. Please fix this because you ruining my name. Supreme is no diffident from ********. Worse there is no coomuication from them.

The worst ever , my granny is a pensioner and had a funeral policy with them , she submitted every document of the covered people on the policy , and even extended … now that she had to claim since her son passed on , they say they didn’t deduct any premium on extended members and again there’s too many faults on the contract nje it’s a mess

Very very bad service
I have a problem with this company, I was under debt review I settled my account and had difficulties with receiving a settlement letter now I have trouble with them updating the fact that my account is paid up. I keep getting messages from a debt collector by the name vertex solutions requesting as payments that have already been made. Another thing is their numbers don't work and they never respond to emails

Very very very Bad service
The worst company ever, I am under debt review, I called multiple times to get a settlement letter none of them can pick up my Identity number on their system. I then had to think for them that my account has probably been handed over, when I ask them to put me through to the collection company or provide me with contact details I'm simply told they don't know where my account has been handed over to, the staff is rude and just hangs up on clients while speaking to them. I really don't know why I have to beg and chase after a company in order to make payment.

My probleme with this company is that they deduct my money without my consent and im done paying them but still they want to deduct more ...this is impossible so the robbing us while we are customer...please anyone of the bosses or head office i request you should stop this thiings please...

Non accountable Company
This is a useless business no matter how broke you are rather opt for other Cash Loans solutions. They do not update consumers statuses on credit bureaus. I have settled my account long time ago but they do not want to issue a paid up letter. they claim that their calls are recorded but they never take accountability.
