The worst ever , my granny is a pensioner and had a funeral policy with them , she submitted every document of the covered people on the policy , and even extended … now that she had to claim since her son passed on , they say they didn’t deduct any premium on extended members and again there’s too many faults on the contract nje it’s a mess
