Taking advantage of old age

Poor finance ever I'm writing this in behalf of my mother yesterday she went the to check why they debt twice then they told her to wait for 4min but even today nothing in her account firstly they debt RR668.54 then again they take R669.12 of which is not part of their agreement at first they where only suppose to take only R669 only now they want her to travel again all the way to town to sign some papers that they failed to give it to her yesterday
