Supreme finance

I am disappointed i took a loan un supreme finance standerton 2014 then i pay the outstanding amount but when i go to banks for loans they said i still owing supreme finance...i called them they told me that i don't owe them..when i check on credit score it shows that i am still owing them. Sad
