sneaky and incompetend

very poor! and *******. i contacted supreme finance multiple times regarding a paid account they were suppose to update on the creditberues. i missed one payment i did not even know of.

so years passed i wanted to rent a flat the agent pulled my creditreport upon that i was declined because of arrears on supreme finance.

i immediately contacted supreme finance i told them i had no idea i missed a payment since it was suppos le to go of by debit order. they gave me a statement of 3 times the amount i apparently missed. i paid it within the same hour on the 18th of october i was assured that this will be fixed on my creditreport.

december i pull a report and still supreme finance shows in arrears nothing updated. phone and email supreme and what to they do?

they make ******* unauthorised enquiries on my name!!! even further destroying my creditprofile!!! now they ignore me and credit profile destroyed. sneaky incompetend staff!!!! regret the day i ever went to supreme finance. i now have to involve the ombudsman
