****ed by standerton branch manager

Pls help supreme standerton has a new manager mr Dalmini who refuses to refund me my 2700 where I was over charged.... the system shows dat I have a refund bt he told me it has expired... he was shouting at me and threatening me...... so I snapped and shouted back... bt it didn't help coz I went empty handed... He told me even if I can report him to his superiors, he has a fiance working on the upper offices my complain won't go any were.... I desperately need ds money , I have a sick child and a sick mother at home who can be helped by dis amount of money .... Anyone ,someone please assist
