Rude & Disrespectful Consultant

I couldn't believe such a bad customer service I received at Supreme Finance Uitenhage 3 today. The consultant that was helping me was so rude she continuously undermined me & we ended up arguing. My mistake was to confront her about the incorrect information she gave me when I visited them to enquire about topup loan but instead of apologising she was so rude & disrespectful and deny everything she told me. I pray to God not to put me in a situation where I have to go back to Supreme Finance. I'm wondering how many clients she chased away because of that stinking attitude, she's such a rotten apple.
