Removal of the accounts that are paid up on my credit profile.

Good day I would like to report that I am not happy about the service I am receiving from Supreme Finance I had these account opened 05/12/2018 account number ends with 0260,the account is paid up but on the credit profile is still showing the balance ,opened 15/12/2021 paid up account end with 3836,opened 15/12/2021 paid up account end 4113,opened 17/12/2021 paid up account end with 2922 ,and and there is blue label connect opened 11/06/2019 it was a contract phone and it's still showing balance of R349.00 and it was paid up long time ago this is affecting my credit profile ,and I don't appreciate that.
