Bad Service with Incapable Management

I'm very much disappointed that a big company like this one, can be so disfunctional that when they merge with other companies they fail to retrieve clients Paid Up letters. And the most annoying part about this is that for Loans that have more than 2years on their system been paid up are still appearing on my Credit Profile which is a clear indication that the Management there are also incapable of running the business, more specifically the Manager at the Tzaneen Branch Finbond telling me that she can't help me because the previous manager who used to work at Supreme is the only one who has the password for the Computer that has Supreme Clients Info. Then what's the meaning of Merge
