no service after payment

On 13 Aug. 2020, I purchased two Kaizen watches and paid for them at that time. The watches have not been sent to me as of yet. I called the company on 29/08/2020; 04/09/2020; 14/09/2020; and 26/09/2020. On each of these calls I was told that the watches will be sent to me with in 7days. As of todays date no service has been render.
