Pay For Goods That Are Not Stocked and Don't Receive

To all internet shoppers out there, PLEASE be very careful when making any purchases from this store. In my opinion, the only valid reviews for this company are all the 1 STAR rated reviews. After the terrible experience I've had, it's hard to believe that the positive reviews are real.

Effectively, this site is run like a ****. You pay for the goods that you want but you don't end up receiving them. As to why you didn't receive the goods, you are given excuse after excuse and the excuses are inconsistent. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that there are many lies being told.

They don't even have a working LAN line or a physical address listed on the website. They have been claiming for the past month that their LAN line will be sorted TODAY. Please be very careful, as I said - pay careful attention to the negative reviews. The negative reviews should raise enough alarm bells to think twice about buying from this site. I am in the process of trying to get my money back and if this can not be solved out of the courts, I will be taking this company (Cyrus Group ) to court.

Through some creative research I managed to find the owner of this site and his personal details. He refused to engage with me over the phone.

Hi

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience.

We've looked into you are and noticed that you placed an order on Thursday (1 June) and payment only cleared on Friday (2 June). Orders are only dispatched once funds are cleared. Similarly, stock is only allocated to an order once funds has cleared.

Considering all the above, it is illogical to claim that you goods were never delivered. It is standard process with all online stores to confirm payment before dispatch.

We are in the process of upgrading our landline and hiring more staff to respond to your queries as soon as possible.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

ss

Reviewer Update

Hi

TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE - PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THIS.

Clearly, you and the people in your organisation (if it consists of more than 1 person) are confused about what's going on. The lies are non-stop. I was informed by I-PAY that you would have received an SMS or EMAIL indicating that payment was received immediately after I made it, as such, there was no need to wait for funds to clear, this is the service that I-PAY provides to you. Anyways, I was promised the goods on Friday and did not receive it.

On Friday afternoon, I was then promised the goods today. Certainly, given the experience to date - I will not receive the goods today. In that same email from you, you claim that you do not sell goods you don't have. That statement can not be further from the truth.

Saturday morning, my colleague spoke to you and you admitted that YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CARDS. You were claiming that they will only be arriving from Germany on the 14th of June, through your business partner. So what is the real truth? This is a direct contradiction to your email from Friday.

Anyone reading this will clearly identify faults with your claims. I also notice now on your website claiming that goods will be arriving from Germany 14th June and you have pushed up the price. No matter, I have screenshots of the original adverti*****ts you had, including a printed invoice of what I paid for.
