ZERO response from Supersonic

My internet has been off for two days now. There is absolutely 0 response on their Whatsapp platform. Phoning them is a useless task, as I have been holding the lines for more than an hour at a time with no response. It is if this company and its employees disapeared from the face of the earth! And I am supposed to work from home...how?
