Zero customer service, zero service

Non-existent customer service. If you're considering this service provider, do yourself a favour and don't! They're the worst in resolving issues. I have been without internet for two weeks now and there's no resolution in sight. I have to contact them everyday and if I am lucky to get a response, it's the same BS one. They couldn't care less... take your money and can't provide the service.
