ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! CLOSE YOUR DAMN DOORS!!

There should be a ZERO star rating - they do not even deserve 1 star. We relocated , they never processed the order correctly , so we received an LTE router while they process the order correctly. It took them almost a month to deliver the router after numerous of phone calls. Now, there is hardly signal and a range of 2 meters router keeps rebooting to old address, then we are told its because they haven't deleted the old address, logged a call for technician was told 48 hours , well its been 168 hours!! Phoned to speak to a manager , no she'll call back (this happened twice) guess what - STILL waiting! There is absolutely NO CUSTOME SERVICE. I will recommend that you stay away! Far away! Definitely cancelling our contract with them. Its been a nothing but a pain dealing with them! They should close their doors!!
