Zero customer service

We have been trying to contact Supersonic since 18 Dec 2024 to absolutely no avail. Spend hours on the line for it to be cut off and still didn't speak to one person, following prompts over and over again. We have paid fr this service and cannot use it. Unacceptable customer service
