You have redemption in my book

I never thought I would be writing this after the horrible first experience I had with Supersonic. I even complained here on Hellopeter. It was just a major pain to get help from them. Eventually, I was helped by a very helpful agent on Twitter named Thando.

Since then, I have to admit, it has been an extremely wonderful experience with the product. The router they gave me is exceptional. The speeds I am getting are amazing. I don't know how to attach a screenshot here though. The device connects great wirelessly to my devices and also great via LAN cable to my pc.

I have not experienced any connection issues, no throttling and HD videos play almost instantly with no loading or buffering.

My invoices arrived and they are clear and correct. Perhaps that first experience was just a bad week at the office for them.

Wonderful product and equipment. I am yet to have another encounter with their service team. But as far as the product and equipment goes, I am very impressed and happy to pay what I am paying for it.
