You have committed a crime. I am taking legal action

My account was cancelled in September. Confirmation received 13th of that Month.

I paid for October as that was my full month notice.

On the 25th of October I received an Invoice for November - which I queried - and it was confirmed that my account was going to be cancelled on the 31st of October and I have no money Due.

Yesterday, the 1st of November I received notification that you had submitted a debit order for November against my account.

This morning the money was taken off.

Through all my attempts to contact you ( I have been on hold for more than an hour as I type this) - via whatsapp and via Facebook - and all your confirmations - you have now officially committed a crime against me.

I will be submitting a complaint with the ISPA.

Please also provide me with the details of your legal department.

I don't want excuses, or apologies. Provide the details of your legal department.

I will withdraw all ISPA complaints and lawyer action if, and only if, the money is back in my account by COB.
