You Have Been Warned

Ordered fibre more than 2 months ago and still haven’t received my router or any feedback as to when everything will be up and running. Very bad customer satisfaction and a very bad experience overall. They came to install the ONT but with the wrong speed (100up/50down) and after trying to resolve it for 3 weeks they sent someone to install the correct ONT and fibre cable, but still haven't heard anything about the router or when we will be up and running. My fiance and I work from home and we can’t deal with Rain anymore only for this to happen.
